Seamless Pattern Generator
The Seamless Pattern Generator is an online tool that converts your image into a repeatable image when appended together, also known as a seamless pattern.
How does it work?
- Upload the pattern you created. You may upload an image that is up to 10MB, which should be enough to support large files. Images with a transparent background are also supported. Make sure your image uses even pixels (so no odd numbers) for the height and width in order for the pattern to align perfectly.
- Download the generated seamless pattern.
- Done! Now you can add some more elements or touch ups and use your pattern.
What's a seamless pattern?
A seamless pattern is an image that can be placed side-by-side with copies of itself without any visible seams or interruptions on the content. This trick let's you repeat the image and create a pattern that can go on forever to create unique backgrounds, text effects or brand elements.
What does the online tool solve?
Trying to make a seamless pattern image in graphic editor software such as Photoshop or Procreate is difficult and prone to errors. If you're off by just one pixel, your pattern won't work out well. It's easy to make a mistake, just a small move and it's off, which can become time consuming in the end. Our online tool makes this easy and fast.
